With more than 20 years’ experience in administration across the health, wellbeing and NGO sectors, Hayley brings a calm, capable and detail-focused approach to her role in Client Deeds and Services Administration.
For the past 12 years, she has worked closely with teams on quality, compliance and continuous improvement, supporting organisations to meet high standards while finding smarter, more efficient ways of working. She has hands-on experience working within ISO 9001 frameworks and Health and Disability standards, and genuinely enjoys helping teams implement practical improvements that make a real difference day to day.
Hayley holds a Degree in Sport and Leisure Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Event Communication, combining strong organisational skills with clear, effective communication.
Originally from New Plymouth, she returned home in 2019 after studying, travelling and living in Auckland. Outside of work, she’s a busy parent to four children (two boys and twin girls), enjoys dance fitness classes like Kanifit and Zumba, getting out for walks, and helping manage her children’s sports teams.
