Frances (Fran) Bateman

Frances, or “Fran” as she is more commonly known, is the welcoming face of Govett Quilliam, working at the front of house in the New Plymouth office to ensure every client experience starts on the right note.

With a strong background in hospitality and administration, and most recently joining us from the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce, Fran brings a natural ease to front-facing roles and working with local businesses and communities. She is passionate about creating positive, seamless experiences and takes pride in building genuine connections with clients and visitors alike.

Outside of the office, Fran enjoys cooking and entertaining, keeping active, and making the most of the Taranaki coastline, whether that is walking, swimming, or heading out for a ride on her motorbike.
