Emma Mahony

Emma joined the team at Govett Quilliam in January 2024 following the completion of her law degree at Victoria University of Wellington. With a keen interest in corporate and commercial law, she has developed a strong passion for navigating the complexities of these practice areas.

Since joining Govett Quilliam, Emma has gained invaluable experience across a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial lending, terms of trade, corporate transactions, partnership law, company law and intellectual property.

Emma is now focused on further developing and refining her skills within our Corporate and Commercial Team, where she is dedicated to providing strategic, client-centred advice on both corporate and commercial matters.
