Rod Gordon

Rod Gordon established his Stratford practice in 1976 and has been a trusted legal advisor to the South Taranaki community for decades. In 2022, his firm, Rod Gordon Solicitor and Barrister, amalgamated with Govett Quilliam (GQ), strengthening our shared commitment to the region.

We’re grateful to Rod for the care and dedication he’s shown to ensure the transition for clients to GQ has been as smooth as possible. While Rod has now moved on from GQ, the Stratford office remains in excellent hands. Richard, who worked alongside Rod following the amalgamation, now leads our Stratford team. With extensive experience across nearly all areas of law, Richard — along with our wider GQ team in Inglewood and New Plymouth — continues to provide seamless legal support and expert advice.
