Karen has been an integral part of GQ for many years, bringing decades of experience and dedication to her role as a Senior Legal Executive in our Property Team. She is a Fellow Member of Legal Executives New Zealand and a trusted advisor to a loyal and multigenerational client base.

Karen specialises in conveyancing matters whether it is for first home buyers or for commercial, private or farming clients, as well as business transactions, trusts, wills, and finance matters. Her extensive knowledge extends to subdivisions including drafting land covenants and easements and to asset protection, where she collaborates closely with clients to meet their goals.

In addition to her property expertise, Karen skillfully guides clients through wills, trusts, and enduring powers of attorney. She takes pride in building enduring relationships, often serving the next generation of families she has supported over the years.
