Alice Tocher

Alice has been a Partner at Govett Quilliam since 2014 and co-leads the Corporate and Commercial Team alongside Cameron Hart. With extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and property law, she has worked with a wide range of clients, including national infrastructure companies, energy corporates, property developers, farmers, and local entrepreneurs. Alice has also provided specialist in-house support to several energy corporates, leveraging her deep understanding of their legal needs.

Her expertise covers property rights, land access agreements, easement agreements, commercial leases, subdivisions, and residential and commercial sales and purchases.

Alice is actively involved in Taranaki’s sporting community. She gives her time to Taranaki Hockey and the Taranaki Community Rugby Trust, serving as a board member while staying engaged in both her own and her children’s sporting activities.
